Reptes científics:

Integrar estudis genòmics i funcionals in vivo per validar l’LRP1 com a nova diana terapèutica i potencial biomarcador per malalties cardiometabòliques.

Identificar i validar l’RNAs circulant no codificant com a potencial biomarcador en malalties cardiovasculars.

Mantenir i ampliar les relacions amb els grups de l’IBB Sant Pau amb relació a la translació de recerca en cardiometabolisme.

Mantenir i enfortir col·laboracions nacionals i internacionals per sol·licitar futurs programes de finançament.

Establir col·laboracions amb empreses amb la finalitat de desenvolupar nous productes útils pel pronòstic, diagnòstic i/o tractament de malalties cardiometabòliques.
