On the occasion of the 2024 Marató de TV3, dedicated to respiratory diseases, the Catalan science portal “7Ciències” has published an interview with IIBB researchers Anna Serrano and Víctor Peinado. Both lead lines of research on lung diseases (COPD and pulmonary fibrosis) in the Experimental Pathology department of our Institute. In the interview, they explain the most relevant points of their lines of research and the importance of initiatives such as the Marathon, both in terms of research and the impact it has on society.
