Description

The objective of this satellite event is to create an open dialogue between the scientific community and people living with PD in Spain in order to debate the multifaceted aspects of PD, build innovative collaborations, establish new research approaches and sensitize the population. .

The event is aimed at Parkinson's patients, family members, researchers / doctors / nurses and other professionals in contact with patients, and people interested in learning more about this neurodegenerative disease. The speakers include 4 scientists who are experts in different aspects of the biology underlying PD, including Analia Bortolozzi, a researcher at the IIBB, and 4 people affected by PD who will explain their experiences and awareness-raising initiatives.
